Kadjebi DCE Admonishes BECE Candidates Against Exam Malpractices

Kadjebi: Dr. Sam Suraj Issaka, Kadjebi District Chief Executive (DCE), has advised the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates to avoid examination malpractices due to the consequences they entail. ‘Comport yourself and avoid examination malpractices,’ he stated, emphasizing the importance of maintaining integrity during the exams.

According to Ghana News Agency, Dr. Suraj addressed BECE candidates prior to their examinations on Wednesday, June 11. He reassured them that the examination is a significant step towards their future, advocating for confidence and preparation over fear. Dr. Suraj encouraged the candidates to carefully read the examination questions before answering to minimize mistakes and urged them to perform well and pass the examination smoothly.

A total of 1,467 candidates, comprising 765 males and 702 females, are expected to sit for the BECE in Kadjebi. The examination is being conducted at six centers, with six supervisors, six assistant supervisors, and 54 invigilators overseeing the process.
