New York (United Nations) – Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita, on Tuesday held talks in New York with his Surinamese counterpart, Albert Ramdin.
During this meeting, held on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly, the two sides discussed the means to further strengthen relations between Morocco and the Republic of Suriname.
The two ministers welcomed, on this occasion, the cooperation actions carried out as part of the implementation of the cooperation roadmap for the 2021-2024 period.
In this regard, the two officials agreed to sign soon a new roadmap aimed at expanding the scope of bilateral cooperation and strengthening the economic dimension to promote trade and investment between the two countries.
