Abuja: The President of Nigeria, Mr. Bola Ahmad Tinubu, received the Secretary General of the Muslim World League, Chairman of the Muslim Scholars Association, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, at the Presidential Palace in Abuja. His Excellency appreciated the initiative of the Muslim World League for promoting social peace in West Africa and emphasized his full support for the Abuja Declaration. The declaration includes an action plan, executive programs, and a coordinating body for joint cooperation.According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the President expressed gratitude to Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa for the Muslim World League's efforts and support. He also thanked the Secretary General for sponsoring the League Initiative Conference in Abuja, which brought together religious leaders from various backgrounds across West Africa. The conference aimed to foster unity and collaboration among the diverse religious communities in the region.
