Affluenz Magazine Unveils Commemorative Issue Spotlighting UAE Founding Father Sheikh Zayed, Noura Al Kaabi, and African Visionary Elvis Abuyere

Abu Dhabi: Affluenz Magazine, the international publication focused on luxury, leadership, and impact, has officially released its highly anticipated July/August 2025 issue. This special edition commemorates the 20th anniversary of the passing of His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Founding Father of the United Arab Emirates.

According to African Press Organization, the commemorative edition features a trio of cover stories highlighting the legacy of Sheikh Zayed, the cultural diplomacy of UAE’s Minister of State, Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, and the entrepreneurial achievements of Elvis Abuyere, CEO of Skywise Group, a leading African investment firm. The issue celebrates Sheikh Zayed’s vision of unity, progress, and inclusion, exploring his leadership and values that have positioned the UAE as a hub of diplomacy, innovation, and tolerance.

The July/August 2025 edition of Affluenz Magazine goes beyond its covers to deliver exclusive features and interviews with transformative figures shaping Africa and the world. It features Ameera Abraham, founder of The Nail Bar, who has redefined luxury wellness, and Tonya Lawani of SEAL Group, known for her strategic leadership and industry innovation.

Linda Turner, founder of Linda Hope Initiatives and CEO of Jat Holdings, is profiled for her blend of business acumen and humanitarian efforts. Her ventures span real estate, fashion, and hospitality, embodying resilience and compassion.

Adunni Rinwa, founder and CEO of Rinwa Realty, is recognized for her innovations in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
