Ouagadougou: The Minister of Communication, Culture, Arts and Tourism welcomed two distinguished guests on Monday evening, September 29, for the 14th edition of the African Universities of Communication of Ouagadougou (UACO). The guests included Alhamdou Ag Ilyene, the Malian Minister of Communication, Digital Economy and Modernization of Administration, and Franklin Nyamsi from Cameroon, who is a special guest for this edition of the UACO.
According to Burkina Information Agency, both guests are scheduled to actively participate in UACO 2025. The event is set to take place from October 1 to 3, 2025, at Joseph KI-ZERBO University. The central theme for this edition is “Influence of the Geopolitical Context on Communication and Development in Africa.”
