Dakar: Four Burkinabe children aged between 4 months and 11 years, residing in Gambia, have contributed a sum of 9,570 FCFA to the Patriotic Support Fund. The donation was made on Monday in Dakar.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the Dolkoum siblings, namely Chris (4 months), Bonheur (3 years), Isra«l Wend-Lasida Dolkoum, and Kafando Melissa (11 years), managed to save the amount of 9,570 FCFA. On September 1, 2025, Wend-Lasida, along with his father Moussa, a pastor based in Gambia, presented the donation to the Burkinabe ambassador to Senegal, Saidou Maga, representing the Patriotic Support Fund.
Ambassador Maga commended the children for their sense of duty and acknowledged Pastor Dolkoum for instilling civic values in his family. The children have expressed their desire to persist in their patriotic endeavors in the upcoming month, aiming to support the “Faso Mªbo” program through additional savings.
