Twifo-Hemang: Mr Isaac Agyeri, Chief Executive Officer of Showebouwy Foundation, has urged candidates writing the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) this week to eschew examination malpractices. In a message to the candidates, he emphasized the importance of integrity, advising them to refrain from actions that could jeopardize their academic success and future.
According to Ghana News Agency, Mr Agyeri shared this advice while donating mathematical sets, pens, and rulers to candidates in six basic schools in the Twifo-Hemang-Lower Denkyira District. He appealed to invigilators to foster a supportive environment, encouraging candidates rather than creating an atmosphere of fear and anxiety.
Mrs Naana Abraham, headmistress of Twifo Nsuayem D/A Basic School, speaking on behalf of the six school heads, advised candidates to remain calm and focused during the examination period. The students expressed gratitude to Mr Agyeri for his contributions and promised to make their parents and district proud.
